Our signature cardio class is slammed with your favorite jams and hip-hop inspired moves! We essentially took the fun of being at the club and put it into a fitness routine. Be ready to sweat hard and slay like Beyonce!

Hi, I'm Melinda!

Licensed Zumba® and certified AFAA group fitness instructor, lover of all things fitness, and firm believer in presence over perfection, my passion is bringing happiness to the soul. A few of my favorite things include Jesus, morning coffee, deep conversations with friends, meeting new people, and spending time with my husband and our two cats!
